United Parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS) are our standard methods of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
Most orders ship within 48 hours. Important: This does not mean you will receive your order in 48 hours. It means we process and ship most orders in 48 hours. In some instances, it may take 7-10 days if a product is on backorder from the manufacturer. You will be notified if item can't be shipped within 10 days.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays typically ship within 48 hours of the first business day after.
FREE SHIPPING - We pay the shipping cost on all orders of $75 or more to destinations within the continental United States (lower 48 states).
There is a $9.95 shipping charge on all orders under $75 to be shipped to destinations within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states).
Shipping Options for Canada, US Military and US Territories orders take longer. We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost.
Shipments going to APO's, FPO's and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service.

Important: Shipping estimates on the map below are UPS estimates, and are based on shipping date, not order date. This means if you live in NC, UPS estimates it will take 2 days to deliver once the item has shipped, not 2 days from the day the item was ordered.

Once again, these are shipping estimates provided by UPS. Shock Collars for Dogs has no control over how quickly UPS delivers your order.

To Our Customers Outside the 48 United States

Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and those using an APO address. The shipping charges in your Shopping Cart are estimates only. We will email you with your exact shipping charges prior to shipping your order. We will require your acceptance of these shipping charges before your order can be processed.
We ship to all US addresses, including military addresses (APO, FPO) and US Territories, as well as all Canadian addresses.
We do not ship to any other international destinations. All addresses outside of the US48 pay the exact cost of shipping.
If your order is shipping outside the United States, you may be required to pay duties, taxes and other fees. These costs will be your responsibility.

Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, we will email you the UPS tracking number, if your order is shipping via UPS.

If a customer provides us with an incorrect shipping address and we are assessed additional charges by UPS, we will charge the customer's credit card for the additional charges.

If your shipping address is entered incorrectly, UPS charges a correction fee of $5.00 for ground and $10.00 for express packages. This fee will be billed to your credit card to cover the cost. Returned items that qualified for Free Ground Shipping will be charged the cost of shipping the product to you.
