If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days for a refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be 100% of the purchase price minus any restocking and/or shipping costs. We are happy to pay for your shipping on any orders that are over $75.00 and delivered within the continental United States. However, when an item is returned, our cost to ship that order are not refundable, and you will be responsible for paying to ship the item back to us.
Refused / Return To Sender – If you refuse an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.
Items displaying excessive wear are not eligible for a refund. If an item is defective and you have contacted us for assistance, your shipping charges will be refundable.
You must contact us before returning any product. Return instructions will be given and a Return Authorization Number will be issued. Returns without an RMA will incur a 10% restocking fee. Upon approval, a return authorization (RA) number will be issued along with a return address. Upon receipt of RA number, simply ship the package back to the address given in original condition and in original packaging.

In the event your purchase order initially shipped with free or discounted shipping, our outbound shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
Returns must be in new and unused condition and packed in the original manufacturers packaging.

For your protection we suggest you ship your package prepaid and insured.
Please note whether the product packaging was opened and/or the product was used.
Items displaying wear are not eligible for a refund.
Containment System wire that has been removed from the spool and/or placed in the ground or installed and flags that have been used will receive a deduction from a containment system refund.
