How do I place an online order ?
Ordering is easy and quick! Click the yellow “Add to Cart” buttons on our web site to add items to your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click “Check-Out”. Enter your billing and shipping information. At the bottom of the page click the green “Submit Order” button – You’re Done!

If your order is over $75.00 shipping will appear as “Pre-paid Shipping”. This means your order will ship via Free Ground Shipping if your shipping address is in the Lower 48 United States. If you would like Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day shipping, please indicate this in the comment section and we will provide you with a shipping quote. If your order is shipping outside the Continental U.S., we will contact you via email with your shipping charges. You will need to respond to this email confirming and accepting the shipping charges before we can ship your order.

Can I place orders by phone?
We currently only take orders via the web site. We will be adding a phone ordering option in the near future.

How do I pay for my Order?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Cards, as well as Paypal.

What about sales tax?
Sales tax will only be charged on orders that are shipped to addresses in North Carolina and Florida.

Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order summary and order number. Once your order ships, you will receive another email with your tracking number. These will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order, please make sure your email is correct. If you do not receive these emails, please double check your junk mail folders or spam filters.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?
We will be happy to make any changes to your order provided it has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the changes without any additional charges.

What some items are damaged?
If there’s any damage to any items, please contact us as soon as possible. Our customer service representative will file a claim with our shipper for you.

How quickly does my order ship?
Most orders ship the same day if ordered by 3:00PM EST. To offer you the best selection, we use multiple manufacturers and shipping may vary by manufacturer. In some cases, you may receive more than one package.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. These orders will ship via USPS.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and Ireland only. Orders submitted from other countries will be refunded.

Note: Only U.S. orders qualify for free shipping. International orders must pay actual shipping.

How long before I receive my refund?
All refunds are processed and credited to your credit card within 3 business days of receipt of your returned merchandise.

Do you charge restocking fees?
Some orders are subject to a restocking fee. For information on restocking fees, please see our Money Back Guarantee . If you may exchange your product, we will waive our normal restocking fees.

What if I need a product repaired?
Please contact the manufacturer. A toll free number was included with the manual that came with your product. If you do not have this information, please contact us.
